A Watery, Weekend TaleWater, water everywhere! This tree branch came down on power lines in Carrum Water played a big part over the past weekend for many members of the Chelsea SES unit including rain, our boats on the bay and members assisting in the North of the State with floods. From mid morning on Friday, ((02/03/2012) the winds that were buffeting the Chelsea Op's area began growing in strength and unusually, were Easterly's.
