Secondly, CLICK HERE to download the Police Check application form. Like every SES volunteer, you will need to complete this prior to acceptance to the SES. Within this form you will also find the identification requirements (100 Points) for this to be done and the documents that you can use to make up the points required. You will need to bring the completed form and your 100 points of identification with you when you come for your interview at our LHQ.
