Thanks Bunnings & Dulux

Funny who you see in a  Bunnings store?

The Dulux dog was right on the money

Chelsea members Ria, Steve and Phil visited Bunnings Moorabbin store in Warrigal Rd this morning to receive a cheque from Bunnings and Dulux for a promotion that ran through Easter at the store that saw Chelsea SES receive a percentage from every can of Dulux paint sold.

Thanks guys!

Members of the Bunnings Moorabbin team, as well as Dulux representative Ray Shlinkmann were there to present the cheque for $575.00 which was fantastic.

Money from each can of Dulux sold at Bunnings Moorabbin going to Chelsea SES

Chelsea Police and Media Liaison Officer, Phil Wall said, “once again Bunnings have shown their wonderful support of the SES along with Dulux who have run this joint promotion for the past couple of years with the benefits being shared by SES units in many areas.”

Lots of happy faces and a real big cheque!

Susie Rayner, activities organiser for the Moorabbin store, joined Ray from Dulux in hoping that the promotion would continue for many years to come and that the relationship between the SES and Bunnings would continue to grow.

Worth doing...

This corporate support is so important to groups like the SES as it helps to supplement the funding and fundraising that needs to be done as an ongoing task throughout the year to enable the purchase of equipment and resources to ensure that they can continue the work they do for their communities.

Now that's a great tri-fecta

A huge thanks to Bunnings and Dulux for this opportunity and we look forward to continuing to grow together.
